The house was lacking adequate space and was in dilapidated condition. It had a small kitchen and lacked closets, and space. Our design solution was to provide an additional bedroom with open concept. Inside, the dining/living room adjoins a glamorous, light custom kitchen. Hardwood flooring, efficient windows, lighting, insulation, exterior work, facing, pavement, eavestroughs, and soffits accentuate this home.
